Library taking shape at Joy Nursery and Primary

Over the past 12 months, several schools in the UK have supported PLM by donating books and teaching equipment for shipping to our schools in Uganda.

At Joy Nursery and Primary School they now have a dedicated library where the children can borrow books to read. The terms in Uganda are different to the UK, with the new school year starting in February. So, head teacher Emmanuel Muki spent some time in the holiday having a sort out. We are pleased to report that thanks to some new shelving, the library is really taking shape.
